    Hello ladies!

    I'm having a declutter.

Background: I was helping a loved one declutter and she had several expensive face creams which she had not used up and that were old. I said I would take them and use them on my feet. I have not used them that much, so I have decided to throw them out.

But they are high-end products and as we all know, high-end labels do not come cheap, so my curiosity encouraged me to see how much they cost. (That and I couldn't afford them for myself, so, y'know.)

    Hole. Y. Mackerel.

My relative has not used up and thrown away £109 on TWO expensive face moisturisers.

_pale_ I actually feel sick at the idea of throwing them away. _pale_

I'm not posting this to shame her (hence the anonymity), but just in case anyone was under under any illusions as to how much money the products we have all stockpiled cost, this is an eyeopener.

Even if you have cheaper products. It REALLY adds up.

    :(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(

It is quite shocking. At one time I had everything listed in excel with the prices and mine stash came to over £1,000 and that was mostly Avon products
    Did owe £9,951.96

Now helping hubby pay off loan. Finally paid off :j

I'd have to redo it and also I don't always make a note of what I paid for things but I guess I should do it again just to show myself all the money I've forked out. The frustrating thing is I now sell the items I'd like to use but can't yet as I have so much other stuff to use up first

I bought the no 7 cuticle cream today. I bought some bath salts and was given a voucher so had £3 off the cream. Bargain lol. So two INs.

I was looking at the hot cloth cleanser as I have the £5 voucher off skincare for no 7 range. Has anyone tried it?

  • Update,

    Here is my PP list,

[STRIKE]Hugo boss woman orange edp 75ml
Roger and gallet fig handcream 30ml
    Nuxe moisturiser 15ml[/STRIKE]
    Decleor night balm 2.5ml
    [STRIKE]Lancome hydra zen moisturiser 15ml[/STRIKE]
    Estee lauder ANR 7ml
    [STRIKE]Colab dry shampoo galactic 200ml
    Impulse bodyspray why not 75ml[/STRIKE]
Superdrug showergel lemon & teatree 250ml
Bourjois healthy mix foundation vanilla 30ml

I think the foundation is a LHJ and it will get carried over to my March PP, showergel is nearly done and the Decleor night balm and ANR will be carried over also as I have to admit I didn't even touch them this month!

Sorry, don't think I have tried their hot cloth Cleanser.

Repainted my nails last night and am wearing OPI No Turning Back From Pink Street. Lovely bright pink.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

I've used it in the past, it does the job but isn't anything special for the price.

pickle - my stash must have run into £1000's at one time, I'm not buying anything now so it is evening itself out but if I had carried on buying at the rate I was I don't know what would have happened.

    I have a uu

Essie Good to Go Top Coat - WNBA too expensive.

I repainted my nails last night with Essie Warm & Toasty Turtleneck but using the above top coat didn't help as it had gone super gloopy.
