Can anyone tell me what the 3 letter method is and are there template letters available.

No because its complete rubbish !!

It relies on outdated laws of the land which have been tried, tested, and thrown out of court many times.

You cannot simply relinquish liability by sending 3 letters, what a creditor must do however, is provide evidence of liability when asked, you do that by sending the provit letter available from the stickies.

That is the straw that breaks the camels back, been able to prove the debt, not the process of sending 3 letters.

Yes - it's nonsense promoted by people who don't understand relevant legislation.

There are plenty of template letters out there and I wouldn't use any from those sources.
