Complete Savings Query

Hi guys
Do any of you use completesavings.com.
Normally, I find the cashback is tracked, confirmed and paid all fine.
But a month in, I'm noticing some entries that have already been paid, have now been "taken" out of the next scheduled entry.
For example,
I purchased something on ebay on 22nd December and received £1.07 cashback, this was all paid. However, with a forthcoming schedule it now states
eBay
Purchased: 22/12/2017 | Amount:!-£8.93!| Cashback:!-£1.07
There seems to be no rhyme or reason to it. I have mailed the customer services but wondered if anyone can help.
P.s. Genuine help please, to avoid sidetracking, as I want to avoid anyone saying completesavings is a scam or just use quidco it's free etc
