14/30 for me too (same as you honey bear) I did not go to the pub after work and was the only one from my little team who did not go. Not sure how I feel about it really...Total FOMO (fear of missing out) I guess...If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

How much do you usually enjoy it, Doing It, my Posting Twin? I think that has to be the acid test. We're all afraid of FOMO but the good news is that if we stop doing something we know we shouldn't, really, it frees up both time and mental energy to do things we really do enjoy. It's a habit, and the sooner we recognise the destructive ones and move on with our lives, the better off we are.

It's difficult honeybear because it's a habit that has good pay-offs too. I do enjoy it to be honest but right now when I want to hit a whole month AF as a target I know it isn't for me. Also now I am doing this when I do drink I want it to be a delightful experience and the pub we go to has rubbish glassware and manky lemon.
