By entering the competition, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Any violation of these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the Terms and Conditions of Entry.
Entry is only open to UK residents aged 18 years and over at the time of entry, proof of identity will be required. No entries on behalf of third parties will be accepted. No responsibility will be taken for late, lost, indecipherable or misdirected entries or for any failure of communication resulting from in correctly supplied information.
Côte reserves the right to check the validity of any entry, the identity of any entrant or winner and to refuse entry or refuse giving the prize, if reasonably considers the entry and/or winner to be in breach of the terms and conditions or to have otherwise acted in an inappropriate or deceitful manner.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to computer error.
The promotion commences on 25/01/2018 at 5.00PM GMT and closes on 28/02/2018 at 11.59PM GMT. Entries submitted and received by Côte after this time will not be accepted. The time of entry will in each case be the time the online entry is received by Côte, not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
The Prize includes two economy class return Eurostar tickets or return flights to Paris from London, Edinburgh, Manchester, Birmingham or Bristol airports and accommodation in Paris for two nights. Total prize value approximately £500 no food or drink included in the prize package. Travel to and from airport not included. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and must be booked by 30 March 2018 and The Prize must be redeemed by 30 June 2018. No cash alternative will be given.
The winner is responsible for expenses and arrangements not specified in the prize including any necessary travel documents passports and visas.
The winner of the prize will be determined by random selection from the valid entries. Côte's decision is final and no correspondence or communication will be entered into in relation to such decision or associated process. The winner will be notified via email on Friday 2/03/2018 and must respond within 72 hours of receiving the prize notification to arrange the details of the Prize. The winner's name may be published on any other promotional material Côte Restaurants Ltd deems relevant. Entrants consent to their details and images being published in these circumstances.
Reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner, if the winner cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, Côte Restaurants LTD reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.
Côte reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or supersede the competition if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the competition is not capable or is likely not to be capable of being conducted fairly or as specified within these terms and conditions due to events beyond its control (including, without limitation, a virus, a computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Côte's that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the competition).
