Shiiine On Minicruise Competition Terms and Conditions
1.Each entrant will be considered for one (1) pair of tickets for the Shiiine On Minicruise on 9 March 2018 – valid for one (1) 2-berth cabin – and £50 + €50 spending money.
2. Enter by completing the competition survey and submitting your response. Actions must be completed by 11:59pm on Sunday 4 February 2018. One (1) winner will be selected at random and notified via email by 5pm on Monday 5 February 2018.
3. You may enter only once. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses or identities, in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of North Country Boys and / or Eventim UK.
4. Multiple prize draw entries per entrant will not be accepted. The entrant shall be disqualified if completing the required actions to enter more than once.
5. The winner may be required to participate in publicity events after the draw and by entering the promotion, acknowledge their consent to take part in publicity, and for their name and details of their application to be published by North Country Boys and / or Eventim UK. Details of the winner can be obtained by sending a written request to Eventim UK c/o the Marketing Department.
6. The prize is as stated and there will be no cash alternative. The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-refundable. Prizes may not be sold, offered for sale or used in connection with any other competition, contest offer or promotion by a prize winner.
7. North Country Boys and / or Eventim UK reserves the right to (a) award an alternative prize of equal or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to vary, amend or withdraw this competition on reasonable notice.
8. This competition is open to UK residents only, excluding employees of North Country Boys, Eventim UK and associated agents, or anyone otherwise professionally associated with this promotion.
9. Entries, which are late, illegible or not in accordance with these rules will be disqualified. North Country Boys and Eventim UK shall not be responsible for technical errors in telecommunication networks, internet access or otherwise preventing entry to the competition.
10. This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. By entering you agree to completely release Facebook, Twitter and Instagram of any liability relating to this prize draw.
11. By entering the competition each entrant accepts and agrees to these terms and conditions.
12. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
