    Better to clear the interest bearing loan first.

    However, you don't say how long the 0% lasts and what APR it will move to once 0% offer has ended. That could have an influence on your decision.

    Best thing will be to resolve why you are spending more than you are earning, or why you needed CC to fund whatever they funded.
    Debt is a symptom, solve the problem.

    because i previosuly worked part time and couldnt make ends meet I am now full time and have extra money to put towards these debts which is why im asking for advice on which one is best to pay off first
