Mortgage separation joint names

Hi I have split up with my girlfriend. We are both joint owners on the mortgage and deeds.
It's looking potentially like she is going to go down the legal route of seperating. I'm buying her out.
I put 10% deposit down ( 11000) she put nothing down
The house is roughly worth 120k and there is 94k left on the mortgage. I've paid the whole mortgage throughout living in the house.
What amount would she be entitled to? Is it just half the equity or does the deposit play a part.
I have already been accepted to take the mortgage on in my own name.
Thanks in advance

if the mortgage is joint it will depend on how the property ownership was registered if it was joint tenants or tenants in common. This will have determined the % of ownership if there was no share detailed then its 50% is the starting point as to what she is entitled toI am a Mortgage Broker
