I was recently promoted to do a job but I only do a little part of what I am meant to be doing and just get assigned other things to do.
It does not seen like they have enough work for me to do so I have taken work off other people.
I am only sitting down in the office because there are two people off and once they are back I will not have a sit in the office.
On Friday my manager said to another team member I don't want to talk about you without you in the room and said to her can you get me to do something that she should be doing. She only had three things to do all day. Also this particular team member left some paperwork on my desk that should go to the top manager because the person who used to sit where I sit did it before. I don't understand why she just does not do it. People keep saying I am afraid of going to the top manager I not but I don't see why it should always be me.
