Does anyone know a of any mortgage products which would service the following requirements in London.

90% LTV
4.5 x Joint Salary
Mortgage Amount: 550,000
Property Type: Flat

Does this require a bespoke underwriter?
Are there any high street lenders who can help?

    Is it a new build?
    Will depend on other factors, existing commitments, credit history.
    Try putting the numbers through an intermediaries website to see what comes out.
    If I’m doubt consult a broker.

    Not a new build.

    No other commitments, - we pass all affordability checks and have an AIP.

    However we can’t find a lender who will meet the criteria for a flat.

    If it was a house we were going for we’d have no issue.

    Broker has already had a look - again they are sure we’re okay but when it comes to it the deal falls down

    is it a broker from an estate agent or a free broker???
