Are brokers able to locate a lender that is willing to accept a flying freehold with a indemnity insurance policy.
or is this my job to do the research first?
Do any brokers have any recommendations on where they would place mortgage ?

My Broker is saying Solisitor will have to check if freeflying freehold is acceptable.

The broker is wrong (or being lazy), they should be checking that before applying otherwise you risking wasting time and money on valuation fees etc.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
