Mortgage - Full Time + Self Employed Sole Trader

I work full time and earn 47k a year - I also work freelance as an artist although this work has dried up much more as I work full time on a PAYE contract.
I still undertake Self Assessment - as I have monthly outgoings with an artist studio of £50 a month and some material costs - plus the occasional piece of work I make which I then have to pay tax on.
Question is - when I apply for a mortgage do I mention the Self Assessed element - which basically is either in deficit or just minimal profit or do I just focus on my full time salary which is PAYE?

It is up to you, but it sounds like your self employed income will not add much to the application, so I would probably leave it off personally, but I am only saying that based on limited information.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
