Complimentary economy flights with Air Transat will be provided from either London, Manchester or Glasgow on a date of the winner’s choosing subject to ‘blackout’ periods of both Air Transat and Sheraton on the Falls. ‘Blackout’ dates are dates chosen by both entities against which prizes cannot be offered. The package offered to the prize winner must be taken during 2018. Flights and rooms are both subject to availability.
Newmarket Holidays will provide one set of return transfers from Toronto Pearson International Airport to Sheraton on the Falls.
A room at the Sheraton on the Falls will be chosen for you at or after the time of booking and no room grades are guaranteed. The stay at the Sheraton is based on the prize winner and their chosen companion sharing one room for the three-night stay and any additions or changes to this format will be chargeable.
Your stay at the Sheraton on the Falls and your flight with Air Transat are both subject to the entities normal terms and conditions. Transfers provided by Newmarket holidays are subject to our chosen supplier’s normal terms and conditions.
Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be contacted by the Promoter within 14 days of the closing date of the competition. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate winner. The prize as described is available on the date of publication.
The prize is non-transferable, has no monetary value and there are no cash alternatives. The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of the Promoter.
