Hi.
Just after a bit of advice really.
I own 35% of my 3 bed house, and would like to either purchase further shares, or try to buy a property outright.
I have a good amount of equity built up after a recent valuation (50k) and wondered if anyone has been in a similar situation, and gone on to own their own home?
Thank you.
Helen

Please elaborate, when you say try to buy outright, do you mean that you are able to buy outright now, or that you will have to wait a few more years to be able to buy outright (and if so how many more years do you think). What is the property value at the moment roughly?
Also how much shares can you afford to buy now?
If you expect the property value to rise then it is nearly always better to buy outright now (if you can afford to).0
