ham, cheese wrap left out. still good to eat?

Hi,

I prepared my ham, cheese, pickle, salad wrap for work but forgot to refrigerate it over night. (approx 8 hours) I hate wasting food so can anyone tell me if its safe to eat?

Is your heating on overnight? To be on the safe side, take the ham out. The rest should be fine.

The sandwich was not near any heat sources overnight and house temp is maintained at about 18c.

Do not eat it. If you have a child, test it on them, if not, try the cat!

I wouldn't eat it with the ham, I've done that once before and been very poorly indeed & I've got a strong stomach,. I've never forgotten it and never done it again
