    Maintenance and commitments are a little higher than assumed, but I would still expect you to get at least £175,000.

    The savings, is that deducted from source on your payslips?

    If it is, some lenders may count that as a commitment and that is going to knock maybe another £25k off your borrowing capacity but there is something not adding up.
