Just after a but of advice.

I have given my notice into Roko Gym however it is a 3 month notice period instead of 1 month like most gyms.

The reason for this is mostly down to cost and opening times amongst other things. I have just noticed that they have changed there opening times without any information or advertising which now makes it even more of an inconvenience

I have tried to contact their head office but this just keeps directing me to my club directly to put a complaint in. Has anyone any advice as to whether I can use this to cancel it earlier than expected?

I doubt that this give you a legitimate reason to back out of the contract early. However, it will come down to the T's & C's that you signed up to. What do they say?

My friend had a 3mth cancellation period with a different gym chain so not unique to Roko
