For info, I have now had a reply from Prolific about those additional 1Op Captcha tasks:

I have contacted the researcher about this study as it clearly falls below our minimum compensation rate, thank you for bringing it to our attention. I will ask the researcher to compensate all participants with respect to the time they have spent on their survey/tasks, but for now we would recommend not completing the additional task

Now fully joined up. Do people find that using a tablet can cause occasional issues? I did one survey where because it scrolls down a bit missed the first question. When it told you this I couldn't carry on as the buttons on questions did not respond. Eventually had to refresh the page but it took you back to the start of the survey and you had to do everything again!

I have had some that are fine with a tablet and some that are just not, although I think it has partly been my wifi connection rather than the tablet itself.

Studies should tell you which devices you can use on the first page under "Device Compatibility". For instance, this one

    https://www.prolific.ac/studies/5aff13ed293d31000102168d

is fine for desk/laptops and tablets but not for phones. HTH.

Sounds about right. I completed it but had 10 mins until I was down to the average completion at the time - so went and made a brew.

Easy £2.50 on a Saturday morning.
