I haven't got as far as starting it yet, I'm trying to add my email address so that it will load the assessment but it wont click done and when I go back into my profile my email address isn't there! It's so frustrating! I've tried clicking through the email to start assessment but that's just taking me back to the page that tells me to add my email address0 -

No idea. I'm wondering whether it's because I clicked sign up with linked in rather than creating a new account. Although that wouldn't explain why it wont let me input and save my details in the profile screen
I've emailed the researcher and the app support but I doubt I'll get it sorted. Started it at the beginning of an hour lunch break so I had plenty of time too. Had nothing but bother with prolific studies these last couple of days0 -

Have you tried turning off your phone and turning it back on then starting the app?
For one of the previous MindX studies, someone mentioned they did the study later and still got approved for it. So you might be able to play it later if it works then.0 -

I think it allowed 2 hours when I started mine. It's been paid already too. The researcher responded quickly to my question about submitting it so hope you're getting sorted, too.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. It's sorted thanks guys, app support got back to me and said it wouldn't work because I was logged in through LinkedIn. Had to do the forgot your password link and just completed it. Fingers crossed it's all worked ok!0
