you know i dont mind doing these low paying surveys as they mount up if you do a few of them, problem is im not getting them come up why? I feel like id be part of the demo for twitter and covid studies too.

Have you filled out all of the profile sections on the About You page?  If they are not all completed, then you are unlikely to be selected for certain studies.

I do most of my surveys on my ipad. And use my PC for those specific PC ones if I have the computer on. And as its currently on the blink won't do many more that way for a while! For the last week or so I however cannot complete any surveys on my ipad. When I click on reserve I get an error box in the top R/H corner saying "Error Sorry we can't creat a new submission for you as you currently have an active submission. Please complete or return the submission assciated with study, before starting a new submission".

Each time I have no outstanding  surveys just the current one I clicked on. At this point you can't view your profile or any other Prolific screen until you choose the Not interested buttom! And them you lose that survey. I have losted about 5 surveys so far including a part 4 one where I have succesfully completed the first three parts. Most annoying!

I have contacted Prolific but only an auto reply back so far. Anyone else encountered this issue?
