I emailed the researcher to inform them that I didn't get a code and they told me to take it up with prolific all i got at the end of the survey saying the last survey was on the 5th August

  This survey has been available for hours, I've never seen one stay up for so long. There were 80 or so places available at 8am this morning, three hours later it's down to 33.
  And no wonder, at £1.95 per hour. Good that most people are refusing it out of principle, although I'm surprised they're even allowed to post it at that level of payment.

I didn't see that one. I have occasionally reported poor paying studies and I would have done for this one too. At £1.95ph it almost makes Swagbucks look like worthwhile
