I wish mine had done that- only got the errors at the very end after 20 mins or so also contacted researcher

Me too. The message, when translated, says something like 'there are too many respondents'.

Me too. The message, when translated, says something like 'there are too many respondents'.

Now the message says 'this survey has ended'. Will have to return it I think.

Nothing to do with your posting it here - nobody can enter a survey unless they are invited on the Studies page.  In Firefox, I have it set so that a number pops up on the Prolific tab whenever there is anything for me on that page, so I don't have to rely on posts here in order to check for invitations.
