If you got a completion code you should be ok. The problem I had (and others) is that he put a link to the completion code which didn't work. I raised this with prolific some weeks ago but haven't got a response yet.

Yes I was quite careful I copied and pasted the code when it came up before clicking the link, just seems odd all my other submissions have been approved some even from yesterday, just makes me think the guy is a chancer!
