Well, let's see if we are paid. If not, I will figure out (somehow :o) how to send it to the researcher, for all the difference it would probably make.

May I ask if anyone has had a response to any ticket raised in the last week? I am getting kinda tired of being ignored by PA.

I raised a ticket about the study that wouldn't work last night and got a response saying it must be full about an hour ago. Righto, so it was 63 / 300 odd for 15 hours was it?

That sounds like the one we were discussing that suddenly worked today, Brookside88. I don't think it was full; I think it was "suspended" while they looked through the first 63 responses but why could the site not show that instead of telling us we "weren't quick enough" fgs? This new site sucks, imo. The back-ender/whoever else needs to remove digit and get on with some serious housekeeping.

Poor Tina's just emailed again, seems some people still haven't had their bonus. Not good PA.

I had a different response saying that the increased number of panellists sometimes has an impact on the servers and they were looking into what went wrong.

I have just had my second survey in the last week which I was also unable to do as I was fairly sure it would take longer than the 10 minutes reservation time to track down a pair of headphones.
It's really not been my week.

My money is on they have had it, but as none of us had an email saying we had the bonus, it wasnt really obvious.

How did you guys get on with the overnight study? Bright eyed and bushy tailed this morning?

Yesterday I accepted a study that required me to complete a very short study every hour from 10pm until 7am with a final study at 8am. I initially thought that i'd manage to get some sleep between each study but quickly decided that it wasn't working out, so i'd just go straight through without any sleep.
I managed to submit all 10 studies and just had to complete the 8am one. That one was more difficult to answer as it asked questions which really related to a normal nights sleep, rather than what i had to do to complete the 10 studies i.e. when did you go to sleep and when did you wake up. It even included an attention check which is really classy when you're doing a survey that involves sleep deprivation.
Got to the end of that, gave them some feedback on the study, hit submit and got the 'Submission failed' message.
Not happy.

I did the same study but got the group that didn't have to do the studies through the night. I also had the submission failed on the 8am one and sent them a message including the code I was asked to create. I imagine it's because you do the study through the link rather than directly through prolific

That makes sense so i assume the link (Qualtrics ?) was trying to tell Prolific that the study is complete with a completion code, but Prolific has already marked the study as complete with 'NOCODE' and therefore generated the submission failed message.
