I got that email about getting the extra 50p, but my subbmission has been approved with only the extra bonus I was already promised at the end of the study, not the 50p on top. Ho hum.

    I got £0.40 as a bonus payment.

I think you should contact the researcher as you should of received £2.40 as a bonus payment, if you returned the study.

The email stated that the issue only applied to some users, so the researcher marked everybody as answering that question correctly. If you've received the bonus you were told at the end of the study, then you weren't one of the users affected.

I've just seen the study page. It says the potential reward for the study ranges from £0.00 to £3.05 So getting less than £2.40 seems part of their criteria.

Did you return the study or submit it?

    Pah.
Just missed out on a £12 10 minute survey because it was another one where it was computer only and told me I was ineligible because I was on the wrong device. Couldn't even start it on the phone.
Looks like they might be doing this a bit more often.

Did this one open OK for you Smodlet, I'm getting an error message.

It did once I opened it in a new screen. I use a desktop and Chrome, if that helps. There were not many slots left so perhaps you were chasing the same place as others; that results in an error message, I think.

    Thanks for the reply Smodlet.
