I received this message early August re the AI video tasks.
Hi,Thanks for being part of ourAI Evaluationsparticipant group on Prolific. We've noticed you've been active on Prolific recently but haven't taken part in any of our AI Evaluations studies for a while. We'd really like to understand whether there's a reason -- for example study timing, the types of task, reward levels, or anything else.If you'd prefer not to receive studies from us and want to be removed from the group, just reply with the single wordOPTOUTand we'll take you off the list.Otherwise, feel free to reply with any feedback -- we read every response and will be in touch0 -
I had a really quick and simple Web Ap one and only felt like doing one and it wouldn't let me submit until 25 minutes had gone past - so that feels like it must be the minimum time required. I normally do 2, but under the time given, or 3 at the very most, but I write quite detailed explanations.

I agree - I did one yesterday but they are not worth the time / effort and shan't do anymore.

I'm not sure if people are confusing the two, or just some people are not part of certain groups. I don't think Artificial Analysis has anything to do with the specialised group. There are still plenty of $5/15 mins turning up in my feed.

Yes it's been a good couple of weeks for AI stuff. I've had the time available to do quite a lot of them thankfully but there definitely reaches a point in the day when my brain says no more! Elsien the recent video ones were a different 'researcher' with the lower rate of pay. I didn't touch those but have lots of the old ones back again so think it is a different project.

Is anyone else finding that Prolific Galactic Probe Images Studies are becoming increasingly more difficult with long and really detailed/complicated prompts?
I received a warning that, although paid for my submission, I had not completed enough questions in the time available. It was because it took me so long to read all the detailed and complicated prompts. Generally I think I am quite slow but this is the first time I have had a warning.

@AssemblyGMX yes - I agree. A lot of fine detail to double check, sometimes in such small print that I have to use my phone to magnify it! I had a set a few days ago that were all really complex scientific diagrams in areas I known nothing about, so those took me ages and I still wasn't entirely sure I got some of the right!
I've also had a couple where I disagree with the reference image as well, when that is supposed to be correct!

Had the video of a man punching a woman back again - so they've ignored that complaint.
Also declined to rate a misogynistic one today requesting "giant chested" woman,
The stereotyping that goes on in some of these is ridiculous. Give me strength.
Although it's not just the AI - a while a go now I had to contact a researcher to ask of they had considered the impact in a study of showing all the managers as men. They hadn't.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have not could of.1 -
I've just had that man punching a woman one. I've just reported it including the image number.
