    I've just done some research and I think he's wrong! I'll query with him again. I think pensions are more his speciality!

    I think he might mean that it all qualifies as taxable income because it's earnings. You don't actually pay tax on the first £1000 but it still counts as taxable income because it forms part of the income on which your tax is assessed. Non taxable income is something like Disability Living Allowance which has a definition of non-taxable.

    It's terminology.

    Don’t worry, you haven’t missed out. Seems to be lots of tech issues with the current large batch they posted. I’ve had to return 2 this morning! Anyone else facing these issues?

    The choices buttons never became highlighted and remained greyed out. Also, the videos were playing on loop. I returned 2 with the same issue and then gave up!

    I had a couple where the choice buttons were greyed out. Turned out to be because it was jumping back to 0 before it quite got to the end of the video. If you manually move the cursor to the end of both videos that then showed the buttons properly
