I had 40 on my dashboard this morning but I haven’t got the required resolution. Once you’ve said you’re not interested I wish they would stop sending them! I’m not a new group of participants I’ve been getting them for months!

@Graceglow I had the same problem, my resolution isn't good enough, but I kept getting notifications going off all the time. In the end I blocked the researcher (you can unblock later). I might be missing out on other ones, but they were all wanting a higher resolution afaik. Info about blocking / unblocking:

Thanks. That is handy because I get a load of ones about recording my voice or something or about emotions on social media none of which I’m eligible for but I can’t get rid of..

With the AI video ones, sometimes you can get around the resolution problem by switching your magnification from 150% to 100% in Settings. I have done that with my laptop, while leaving the desktop at the useful 150% and only doing non-AI studies on it.

Thankyou so much. I followed your guidance and it worked! Just completed my 1st AI video study. Previously, I’d just been trying to alter the zoom on the page …which failed.

I got an early morning screener for a video rating study. Hopefully I passed and the video studies come back. Not especially confident though since I was quite tired and probably didn't do my best work.

 I've just done this one too, quite enjoyed it. Fingers crossed. Could you get the videos in the instructions to play?

Just done it as well, the quiz was fine but I found the actual tasks quite hard to rate against each other!  Let's see, I did type out everything I was thinking so hopefully that is enough.

I did find it difficult getting the sample videos to play but then I resized the window and found the exact spot to hover the mouse arrow to show the play button and it was ok after that.
