I had just finished an hour long Study, received a conpletion code but, before I could enter it, the site went down immediately.    I also cannot access the site and Prolific Assistant, after error, is just a circle going round.

    The Prolifc screen now says:
    "503 – Down for maintenance
We're running some essential updates and will be back shortly. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Same here!

I've taken a screenshot, with the url.

Hoping it will be acceptable when the site is back online.
  • I didn't have any time to copy the url as the site website went down immediately I finished.  I have a copy of the Completion Code  but I'm not sure if that will be enough.

Before this problem today, I'd been getting Error 404 messages sometimes when clicking on the popup advising about new studies. Had anybody else been getting this? Perhaps that was part of this issue they are trying to fix?

It was fine all morning, but now showing a Down For Maintenance message.  Annoying as I also wanted to drawdown my balance today as the last day of the month, but was hoping another instant paying survey or two might show up this afternoon as this month has not been good!

Something's happening. The widget has popped up 3 surveys with places available, but still getting the 503 error when I click on them.

The site seems to be back to nornal now - I was able to enter the completion code for the Study I had just finished before the site went down and I'm really pleased about it.

I have just checked in submissions, and the researcher has stated that the survey I completed was timed out.
Have messaged them and stated that the website went down, not sure whether I will get paid.

I had only taken a note of the Completion Code but the page was still there when the "outage" was resolved.  It's good that you have a screenshot of the url and I hope, being able to show this, will mean that you get paid - you did complete the Study.  Please let us know how you get on.
