Divorce and remortgaging

Hi

Am looking to get divorced and buying other half out but credit card debt of £12.5k making this difficult. Only have £20k left to pay on current mortgage and will need to pay other half around £45k. House worth around £110k. Does anyone know of any lenders who will let you add credit card debt onto remortgage as well as extra borrowing to pay husband. Would I need to use a mortgage broker and do they cost, or could just try ringing building societies individually?

Thanks

Lenders will allow you to consolidate unsecured debts on to your mortgage, affordability permitting.

Find a good local broker that will support you with your application and they will guide you through...
