Self assessment reducing Tax

Hello,

I have had to do a self assessment for the first time I have a small income and a small amount of dividends. I have seen on the form '..Tax Loss.. & income tax loss..'

Is there anything I can add to the Tax form to reduce my tax bill.

I do not have any shares or any other income from anywhere.

Thx

Well if you don't have anything else how could you have any losses to enter??

If you have a 'small' income and small amount of dividends you cant have much tax to pay?
