i wouldn't normally have a prob with the idea of buying a cake topper from ebay. but the party is 4 days away. and with all the postal sstrikes i doubt it will get here in time.
good idea tho.
i'm kinda thinnking my only option is to make my own.0 -
Asda do picture cakes. You could take pic in and get it put on. They are really yum and very reasonable although according to the asda website you might need to get a boat to get there!

Last year I bought some party bags from toys r us with peppa pig on them and took them to tesco where they put the picture onto one of their cakes - it was fab and my daughter loved it
it cost £8 x x0 -

I was thinking along the lines of getting a picture put on the cake however you may find some staff won't do it because of copyright - worth a try though.
The other option along the topper idea. Buy a plain cake and stick some peppa pig toys on the top. Something like this from Woolworths.

I did a similiar thing when Asda sold out of power ranger cake - got a plain one and stuck a power ranger toy in the top. My son loved it and the cake tasted much nicer that those that are mainly icing.0 -
If you have a picture drawn for you they dont normally mention copyright. We did this for friends son who loved Dora a few years back and coulnt get a Dora cake anywhere! This was in Tescos. hth0
