Thanks for that. When did you receive your email? I am just wondering if I will get the same message soon.

I got the e-mail on 1 November. Not sure if the date of ordering plays a part, but I ordered it on 17th October.

If it makes you feel any better they aren't all that great. Didn't post this before as thought it would be rude to the OP. I brought a few of these a while back before it was posted on mse- i didn't post it afterwards myself as i was a bit dissappointed with them.
I agree that 10p for a book is fab. The books are very small and very thin and have the 'free with world book day token' logo printed on the front so this spoils them abit for presents. They are similar to the free books that you sometimes get with cereal/teabags.
    xx

Oh good, I feel so much better now if they do cancel. At least it wasn't the bargain of the century!

I must say this paticular book was the freebie world book day but the series is really good for young readers just starting to read chapter books themselves, my eight year old loves them, there are about 5 chapters to a book and the chapters aren't too long.
