Hello
We are hosting a Halloween party for our friends (who are all in their mid 20's) on Sat 27th Oct and are struggling with ideas of what to dress up as! We are not very creative/artistic so don't really want to attempt to make costumes ourselves.
Has anyone got any ideas of what we could dress up as (anything goes, not just spooky halloween witchy outfits, etc)? And we don't want to spend more than £20 each if possible.
Thanks very much!!
Lea

Hows about "little dead riding hood" http://www.chickenshop.co.uk/acatalog/Little_Dead_Riding_Hood.html you could make somthing similar from black leggins and white shirt."Do not look back and grieve over the past, for it is gone, and do not be troubled about the future, for it has yet to come. Live in the present, and make it so beautiful that it will be worth remembering"0

:rotfl: Great costume!
Some more ideas:-
Scary House Wife
Wear a robe over your regular clothes.
Smear orange makeup on your face so it resembles a facial mask.
Using black makeup, smudge in dark circles under your eyes.
Put your hair up in curlers or wrap a towel around your head.
Wear slippers with ankle socks.
Hobo
Jeans or pants with patches and holes,
A shirt with holes or rips,
Charcoal or black eyeshadow to create a scruffy beard, or use smears of brown eyeshadow to create the illusion of dirt.
A tattered hat
A cardboard sign around your neck that says something like, “Will beg for food
Washing basket
Cut entire bottom out of washing basket.
Thread two pieces of ribbon through washing basket holes to make "braces" to hold the washing basket up.
Glue pieces of clothing onto the basket.
Fried egg
Put white sheet over head
cut hole so face peeps through
paint face yellow ,, tada ... fried egg!"Do not look back and grieve over the past, for it is gone, and do not be troubled about the future, for it has yet to come. Live in the present, and make it so beautiful that it will be worth remembering"0 -
I was a ghostbuster one halloween back in the 80's. I remember my costume consisting of a white paper suit (probably a shell suit back in those days!) a cardboard box strapped to my back with a hoover bendy pipe thing coming out of the top of the box... i made my own ghostbuster signs.. so it was dead easy to make if you change your mind.
it was the only halloween costume i can remember wearing...
these guys went a bit over the top on their ghostbuster outfits http://www.instructables.com/id/Be-a-Ghostbuster-for-Halloween!/0
