Moving Jobs - Impact on Mortgage

Looking for anyone who has experience in changing jobs before/very shortly after getting a new job?

I have a very stable job, good pay etc. I am hoping to move to an equally stable job, with better pay. Not to put the jinx on this but I have progressed through multiple rounds of interviews and am very hopeful.

However.... we are seriously house hunting. Have fall in in love with a house that we are likely to put an offer in on tomorrow, but even if that doesn't go through we will be buying in the very near future.

My notice period at my current job is 3 months (absolutely non-negotiable). So couple of scenario options/questions here.

1. I get the job. We get the house. We apply for a mortgage sharpish. At this point I am still in my current role for another 3 months. Do I have to disclose that I am moving jobs? If so what likely repercussions will that have?

2. I get the job. We don't get the house. We find another house we love while I am serving my 3 months notice and we apply for a mortgage during that period too. However, I move jobs BEFORE the mortgage is 100% finalised. Do I then have to disclose this?

3. I get the job. We don't get the house. We find another house we love JUST AFTER I have moved jobs. Is this really going to effect whether we will be able to get a mortgage? If so is it whether we can get a mortgage at all or is it how much we can borrow?

There must be people moving jobs all the time either before or during the house buying process so how do you ensure it doesn't impact your mortgage chances?
