I was transferred over to Creditfix from Carrington Dene, Who I later found out were a sub division of Creditfix. I have been with them for 15 months and I personally think their customer service is atrocious.
They do not communicate with their client's, when asked for information but still expect you to pay. For the shabby service they supply, I would personally look elsewhere for assistance & under no circumstances should you give them your card detail's. I
asked that they supply me with bank account detail's on the 25th of July & to date have received no response.
Why don't you terminate your contract with CreditFix and move over to one of the free agencies such as StepChange? The money you save can go towards paying those debts down quicker.I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.

Thanks for your post, I was thinking about using Creditfix but they are quite pushy, the man I spoke to didn’t provide proof of his identity. I wasn’t asked to confirm my identity on each call. They arranged a “verification call” to go through my details prior to the paperwork being raised, the call came through not from Glasgow where my initial enquiry was dealt with, but from Aberystwyth in Wales! I was taken aback and have cold feet about this company now, I’ll need to check it out.0

I am confused. Why would you require the services of a fee-charging debt counselling service when you can get an identical service from the likes of StepChange, the CAB, PayPlan and National Debtline? It does not make any sense
It does if you know how pay-per-click works. Google "Stepchange" and see what comes up. Which is why encouraging people to check before they commit is valuable.
IVA failure rates still high though. LINKUnlike some here, I am not omniscient. If I am wrong correct me. I won't take offence.
