Have a great deal at the moment paying tiny amount over base rate.
Want to raise £50K for home improvements to be completed.
Current borrowing, at present 40% LTV
However income multiplier maxed out!
What is the best way to raise the further £50K:question:
Couple Aged 55+
Credit rating poor
Mortgage payments ALL fine!
Anyone with any suggestions?
