Calculating annual leave when leaving employment

Hi all hoping someone can help.
I work on a part year contract and this runs from July to July. The annual leave year runs from 1st Feb to 31at Jan. I receive some annual leave from July to end of Jan then the rest until July when the process starts over.
I’ve been offered a job elsewhere and wish to resign with last day being 28th Feb. Would any leave due to me be calculated from July to the end of Feb as July is seen as the start of my leave year?
TIA

Doesn't make sense.
A/L year is Feb-Jan. Therefore if you leave at the end of feb you would be entitled to whatever rate you get for 1 month.0
