Garmin Vivosmart 3 or Huawei Band 2 Pro fitness tracker?

The paid surveys I do have paid out (finally another £50 fron youGov!) and I've decided to spend it on a fitness tracker, I have about £80 to spend but can't decide between the Garmin Vivosmart 3 https://www.wareable.com/garmin/garmin-vivosmart-3-review currently on sale for £80 and the Huawei Band 2 Pro http://www.techradar.com/reviews/huawei-band-2-pro-review for about £60. I want waterproof so I can wear it swimming and I want a screen so fitbit is no good. I'm not hugely fussed about GPS as I don't run and use Strava on my phone when I cycle. I've not had a tracker before so all new to me. I quite like the sleep tracker but not sure who does it best. The Huawei is getting really good reviews for price and usability, plus it can track time and calories burned for swimming which could be good. But do I need to get a Garmin, are they better or so I regret not getting GPS on the band? Anyone with experience of either or both. I can't really justify spending more and getting a Garmin with GPS now but if I use it lots may upgrade down the line. I will mainly be swimming, gym, yoga, Pilates and walking with some cycling when the weather gets better and it gets lighter. Plus I like the idea of sleep tracking and V02 max for fitness levels. Thanks
