  • After seeking legal financial advice we have been told that if the agreement has been signed and they have given a time frame for the money to be delivered they are legally bound by this. If they wish to cancel our agreement hen two months written notice are to be given. But this has to happen after the funds have been received.

    You sought legal advice after being offered a loan to see if the loan company could back out of it :huh:
