Shortage of HRT Premarin 1.25mg?

My partner has been on HRT for 2 years now, and they seem to be working well, she is currently on Premarin 1.25mg. 3 x pharmacies have not been able to supply full prescriptions recently, and shes been told theres a nationwide shortage, does anyone know if this is true?

Shes got an appt at her GP but its not for a week so thought I'd ask on here just to see if anyone else was struggling to get Premarin?
