I just got a another letter from Debenhams today stating that they are cancelling my order and refunding the money back onto my account! eerrghhhhh i'm sick of debenham's shabby customer service. First they take the money out, make me wait over 2 weeks telling me that i'll be getting the quilt, only to go back on their word! bloody idiots! :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Same here...although when I phoned and queried why the double was still showing as in stock, they replied the warehouse must have received more since cancelling my order and would I like to re-order. My reply...No thanks, I can get a duck feather and down from Asda for 20 quid!

Same here, although to be fair we were warned right at the start that it may not turn up.

I have mailed CS to complain and to start to suggest that their reputation on the net (without mentioning any specific sites of course) is going downhill FAST as this is not the first time this has happened and how can they expect to function within the world of e-commerse if their stock control is so poor etc. More for catharsis than anything else.

I nearly ordered a kingsize one today... It's supposed to be clearance, yet it's selling for £52.50... almost £20 more than when you saw it! Rip off!
