Hello, i am due to finish at my current employers on 31st January & starting with a new employer on the 5th Feburary, i am due to receive my last payslip on 28th January, but my employer has already issued me my P45 dated 18th Januray.
Is there any issue with it being issued before my last payslip & also there being 18 day from P45 issue date & the start of my first day in the my new job.
Thanks in advance.

Does your P45 include the earnings payable on 28 Jan?0

Stupid me, i should have looked at that, yes it is, Total pay to date = 10 Months April to January.
So its just dated as the date of issue, so i will forward Part 2 & 3 on to my new employer.Debt free after 10 year:)0 -
Were there any other payments due eg unused holiday which might be paid in Feb?0
