Tax Return - Unit Trust Dividends

I am in the process of completing my tax return and have a question on Unit Trust Dividends with a HL Fund and Share Account.
When completing the Dividends Section do I enter the Amount Received in the Authorised Unit Trusts and Open Ended Investments?
On the next page "Other UK income" which box do you complete:
When completing the Dividends Section do I enter the Amount Received in the Authorised Unit Trusts and Open Ended Investments?
On the next page "Other UK income" which box do you complete:
- Interest from gilt edge and other UK securities, deeply discounted securities and accrued income profits
- Life insurance gains
- Stock dividends,Bonus issues of securities and redeemable shares and close company loans written off or released
- Business receipts taxed as income of an earlier year
- Share schemes income
- Employment lump sums, compensation and deductions and certain post-employment income
- Any other income

You have to tick one box, but which one for Unit Trusts within a non ISA Fund and Share Account?0 -
You must have ticked the box to say that you have 'other UK income' when you did not need to.
Unit Trusts goes in the main return under other dividends0
