Offering non-tangible prizes to others

Hi all,

I've not really been around for a while. I have read the sticky whereby it is not allowed to swap personal details etc and I totally understand and support this. However, does this also apply to non-tangible items, eg gift codes? If I were to post them, explaining what they're for, on the open forum and it's first come first served, there would be total transparency and no personal details would be exchanged. I have won a few things on the Snatch game which I don't want and cannot use but it would be a shame for them to go to waste...

There is a group on Facebook to do this. (you might even be able to get some money). But make sure your clear its a Snatch code because you can only redeem one every so often?

I don't use Facebook and I dont have access to Twitter any longer either.

To my knowledge, it is only the exchange of personal information that is against forum rules. I have sent someone a code by PM before that was for free tickets that I could not use. Nobody picked me up on it when I asked openly on the forum if anyone would like them.

I had thought that - I just don't want to annoy people as I only currently have one of each of the items I'm offering. I guess I'll just do some posts soon and if I get pulled up, so be it. L'enfer est pavee de bonnes intentions and all that!
