I can't see a closing date but even is March 22nd so I assume it will go on well into Feb
There is also the Ginger Pig Butchery in London so I am unsure as to where.

We’ve teamed up with The Ginger Pig to celebrate National Chicken Wing Day by giving away two vouchers to their famous butchery classes.

A fabulous gift experience for those who would like a hands-on lesson in meat and traditional butchery skills. This is an opportunity for the recipient to try their hand at light butchery and learn more about where their meat comes from, pick up a new skill and get the most from each cut.

We promise it will be a fun and relaxed evening hosted by some of our most experienced and charming butchers. Plus, there’s a two course informal meal with wine. The attendee also takes the substantial joint they have butchered or plentiful sausages they have made to feast on at home.

National Chicken Wing Day will take place on Thursday 22 March and venues nationwide will be offering 50% off their wings to celebrate.

There is also the Ginger Pig Butchery in London that does very famous butchery classes as well so I have amended to London and the North Yorkshire as asked for If anyone has more clarity let me know.
