you will not get any sort of refund if you do cancel.
I was unable to take a trip in July - I wrote to them afterwards asking for at least the taxes back and heard nothing - apparently they set a service charge for cancellation that allows them to give you no refund.0 -

You can change the date, but you will have to pay an admin fee (£20 per leg) and the difference in fare.Gone ... or have I?0
