Full time or part time is it relevant to mortgage application if moving away?

Hi, my bf and I are both first time buyers, he is currently "self employed" as a lorry driver and I work part time (30hrs) in a nationwide company. We plan on moving away from our current county to a county in the Midlands area, I will be able to transfer offices but would be automatically reduced down to parttl time 25hrs and he would obviously have to get another.lorry job before we head up there.
My job has just offered me a full time contract and I need to answer by.monday. My question is, would it make any difference to our position for getting a mortgage based on the fact we are relocating and my hours would be reconstructed down to 25hrs regardless. We plan on starting looking in around 9months time to have moved in about a year (I do currently work over the full time hours doing overtime)
Any help would he much appreciated as neither of us have applied for a mortgage etc before

You will need to base the application on your income whilst you are down there.
If you know its changing and don't declare it so, this could cause serious issues down the loan, so its best to just base it on what it will be.I am a Mortgage Broker.
