Help! Full time carer now and time to re mortgage 🙈

Hi all I have recently become a full time carer to my son and my mortgage is due to run out in November and I know it’s going to be hard to get a good deal I have an fab credit score but weak on affordablity I think because I am trying to find out what I can do now to help me when November comes round to get a good deal :money:

It will all depend on how much money is coming in the household and how much is going back out. Some lenders do allow carers allowance as an income, but most would also expect some other form of income on the application for instance.
If not, it will just be a product switch with your existing lender.I am a Mortgage Broker.

Also known as Customer retention products which are usually available online on your mortgage online portal. However not all lenders have these.
Good thing is they don't need credit checking, they may not be the most competitive however."It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"
