I have other people’s wage slips

I get my wage slips sent out through e-Mail and have found another 10 wage slips on the file.
What do I do? Is anything illegal happened here?
I’m not quite sure what to do??

You let payroll know their error and ignore the information sent to you in error.0

Yeah, but my colleagues have the same problem. I know of two other people in the company that have had the same thing. And it’s the second time it’s happened. It’s a small firm of about 30 employees and I get paid more than them. Will they not have my wage slip?0

That doesn't change the other poster's advice at all.
Tell payroll, don't read what isn't yours.Union official.
CiPD qualified.
Anything I post is solely MY OPINION. It never constitutes legal, financial or collective bargaining advice. I may tell you based on information given how I might approach an employment dispute case, but you should always seek advice from your own Union representative. If you don't have one, get one!0 -

There was a disciplinary and firing in my company a few years ago when a payslip was given to the wrong employee with the surname Smith!Dogs return to eat their vomit, just as fools repeat their foolishness. There is no more hope for a fool than for someone who says, "i am really clever!"0

Seems like that may have already happened!0 -
As a Payroll Manager this just confirms to me that a physical payslip in your hand is by far the best option.0
